How long does my order take to ship?

Well, when it comes to how long you can expect your order to ship it all depends on where you live. I know that’s probably not the answer you were looking for but we can give you an estimate. On our part it takes about 2-3 business days to handle your order then it is sent off through UPS which is estimated to be about 1-5 business days shipping which is not bad if you are on the shorter side of the spectrum. But if you're on the longer side it can take up to 7 days. So on our part, for packaging and shipping orders that we suspect will take longer to ship, we ensure they are sent off right away so we can shorten the time between placement and delivery as much as possible.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Unforchenitly no, we do not offer international shipping yet. One of the flaws of being a small business is expenses. Shipping can get pretty expensive the further you live. As well as there is more of a risk of orders getting lost. So right now we only offer shipping to the United States but we hope and are working hard to one day become international so everyone can have access to our products.

What is your return policy? 

We offer a 7-day return policy. From the time of receiving your order to the 7th day of having it, it is returnable. Whether you don’t like it or it was damaged in shipping, to it just not being your style anymore we will take it back at no fee for a 7-day period with a full refund. But after the trial period is up all sales are final.
